 Arts and science,they are not contradictory. It's like two sides of one coin. They apparently look different but at the root they're obviously interrelated. Arts and literature reflect philosophy of life while science analyses the actual process of nature which controls the universe. Arts include the versatility and Beauty,ethics and morality,creed and even spiritual aspects of us,the process of cosmos in its own terms. Science explicitly States the inward calculation of natural phenomena, physics resolves the equation and invents new scientific ways to strengthen our existence. Chemistry does the same. Especially in the matter of drugs,foods, cosmetics and many more. Cosmology, oceanology reflects the nature's mystery. There are many branches of science analysing geographical incidents.  Many a days ago there was a green valley situated at an unknown hilly area. A little boy always roamed through the valley. Every green leaf was his friend and talked to him in a very silent way. The boy protected the land from outsiders.The God of that valley was happy. One day he appeared before the boy and told him that he was pleased with the boy's obedience and duty. The boy would be given one boon by the God himself. The little boy asked that he wanted his friendship with the greenary might always remain the same. And no outsiders could harm the harmony. The God said that his boon had been granted. But one day will come when the valley would move and change the place. The little boy asked "why"?. The God answered,"Human Would come and would try to destroy the valley!"The boy was scared to hear this. He continued to protect the valley and talked to the leaves. But everything is changeable.  Ingredients - Milk, Custard powder, Sugar, Vanilla essence, fruits cut into small pieces. Process - Take 2 table spoon custard powder and add 1 cup of milk into it. Mix it upto without lump. Keep it aside. Now take some white milk and set it on fire for sometime,add sugar and then add the milk mixed with custard powder to it. Stir and mix all well and make it sure that there is no Lump and the milk has become a little condensed after boiling. Turn off the gas oven and add a little Vanilla essence to the mixture. Stir again. Pour all fruit pieces and let the total mixture to be a little cool. Then keep the desert dish in refrigerator for atleast 2 hours.  You can add apple, banana, kismiss,kaju nuts, almond slice, cherry, Pomegranate seeds, grapes etc. Then enjoy the desert.

First in India then the nearby countries got devoted to his preaching of the life of renunciation. His doctrine got a huge propaganda as a different Religion which is called Buddhism . Choosing the Path of Moksha and leading a life of ascetic established him as a shining figure in the field of non-violence and spiritual depths. Since our childhood days we study about Buddha Dev in our history book and in higher education time there is Buddhism in the syllabus of Philosophy .The matter reached its peak through out his life and after life. This year my husband arranged BHAAIDOOJ program at out home. My Dadavaai Sanjay Mondal and his wife Shipra Mondal,our bonu came to our house at Behala. My cousin Durbar also came.  The auspicious occasion went on for a few hours. Then we started the eating party together. Chicken pakoda, chicken cutlet,fish butter fry, masala kulcha, chicken kasha, mutton kasha, pomfret curry salad,sweets, dahi, papad, chutney,all were very good in taste. Gift items were liked by us all. The BHAAIDOOJ rituals we performed well. Our bonu Shipra Mondal put the phonta on my husband 's forehead. He blessed her with love and care. I did also the same with Sanjay Dadavaai. Dadavaai blessed me. My other cousins were also happy to hear BHAAIDOOJ rhyme over WhatsApp as they couldn't come. The family function was lovely and the day was  good and celebrated perfectly. All are happy for it.   My cousin Durbar was only present at the program. Others couldn't attend the party for their personal problem...

MATA LAKSHMI KEPT AT KUMORTULI  BROUGHT  AT HOME AND DECORATION DONE. SINDUR KHELA  THE PUJA IS GOING ON  OUR REGULAR RITUALS  BORON OUR DECORATION  ALPANAAS   THE BOOFEY FOOD VALLEY  THE  LIGHTING DECORATION  THE MOCKTAIL COUNTER  PUJA AND PARTY GOING ON SIMULTANEOUSLY . THE IMMERSION     The Days spent  This year we worshiped Mata Lakshmi with a gorgeous puja as our family tradition goes like this. It was a Three days packed up program.  At kumortuli we went to receive the idol at the night before Kojagori Lakshmi Puja. Decorators and caterers took the responsibility to manage the whole project. My husband took all the initiatives,His close friends and I was constantly by his side, supported him enough to our extent. After receiving the idol we had a short dinner hap at home with friends and family. Got prepared for the next day Puja program. The whole process has been governed by my husband. Our Maid Niva...

  Here are all the photos of our hopping of Durga Puja 2025, with husband and friends. We enjoyed the pandals and Durga Mata idols of Behala, Tollygunge and other sides. All the decorations were very catchy and done by a lot of effort. We enjoyed at mela - phuchka,papri chaat and ice cream. We had fruit juice as you see in the picture,and got to view a Shitala Mata Mandir where the idol has grown bigger from a very ancient time. We got to see Four handed Maa Durga called BHARAT MATA DURGA near Behala. We went to Diamond harbour on a long bike ride and enjoyed whole night journey. At restaurant we had dinner. Saptami, Astami and Nabami - the all three day enjoyment is a mesmerizing memory now. Hope coming years all will be beautiful like now.
