SOYABEAN RECIPE



 Take big or small soya chunks . Pour hot water on it . let it swell enough to cook.

Take chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, potato pieces, Butter ,Salt, sugar, white cumin powder , a little turmeric powder,a little Sugar.

Melt the butter in frying pan.

Fry the potato pieces and onion, sprinkle salt on it. Then pour down the soya chunks.Fry it again. Then mix the masalas and ginger garlic paste in it. Use khunti or spatula to mix. 

Now pour some water into the mixture. Cover it and let it be boiled a few minutes.
Sprinkle Garam masala all over the dish.

Your food is ready.
A simple and tasty dish to take with Rice or Roti.
