Special fish recipe
Things needed-
Paabda fish, refined oil, ginger garlic paste, black cumin seeds, Turmeric powder, chili powder, white cumin seeds, coriander leaves, salt, sugar.
How to cook -
Take a little amount of refined oil in a korai or frying pan, let it be hot, take the fish and smear turmeric powder and salt over it. Put black and white cumin seeds as phoron for spicy smell.
Fry the fish when the smoke comes from hot oil. Scatter the piece of fish with a spatula.
Then use your hand to make more small crispy pieces . Take out the spinal thorns from fish bodies.
Mix Ginger garlic paste and chilli powder into it.
Pour water and let it boil a little. Add salt and sugar.Pour it in a bowl.Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves over it. The preparation in complete.
