GOBI BHUJIA (Recipe)

 Ingredients - Cauliflower ( phoolkopi or Gobi ),peas, chopped onion, onion shoots, capsicum cut into pieces, chilli powder, white cumin powder, coriander powder, refined oil, Salt. Procedure - Cut cauliflower into pieces and half boil it with water. Then pour out the water and take the Gobi pieces . Heat oil in frying bowl,add salt and then start frying chopped onion, chopped capsicum, chopped onion shoots. Fry them in a bit high flame and then add the half boiled Gobi pieces and peas, fry again. After frying add chilli powder, white cumin powder, coriander powder. Use spatula or khunti for flipping the whole matter. Flip it again and again. Taste the item to check the Salt and check it is properly cooked or not. It will taste salty and crispy. It's ideal to take with roti or rice and daal (pulses).
