Fried Ghugni (Recipe)


 It's cooking Ghugni in an innovative way.

Ingredients -

 Kaabli channa and Matar( boiled in pressure cooker). Chopped potato, onion, onion shoots, capsicum.Green chillies, coriander powder, white cumin powder, Red chilli powder, Salt, sugar and refined oil, water, Frying bowl, Spatula or khunti.

Process -

Take a little amount of refined oil and heat it in the frying bowl.  Take 2 or 3 green chillies After heating,fry all chopped vegetables for 15 minutes with salt.

Then add boiled Kaabli channa and Matar to it. Fry again for atleast 15 to 20 minutes by sprinkling water frequently. Add the masala powders in small quantities, at the last moment sprinkle some sugar to the preparation. Stir again to melt the sugar.
Now the item is ready to serve.

It's a kind of dish which can be called Fried Ghugni without gravy.
Very delicious and easy to cook.
