Daaliyar Polaao (Recipe)


 Ingredients -

Daaliyar( broken wheat), chopped vegetables like carrot,beans, capsicum, cauliflower, potato, tomato etc. Fried nuts, kismis, refined oil, Garam masala, ghee, salt, sugar, water.

Process -

Dry fry the daaliya in a frying bowl, fry for sometime and turn off gas oven when it gets reddish hot. Put it apart to cool down.

Now in the frying bowl pour a little refined oil,heat the oil and put garam masala into it.after the smell comes,fry all chopped vegetables for a few minutes.

Then add the cooled down daaliya and mix all ingredients by stirring them with spatula or khunti. Add salt. water in double amount of daaliya. Keep the bowl covered for few minutes. Then test the whole matter has been boiled fully. Stir again to soak the water to make it neat,tidy,and tasty. Spread ghee lastly and stir again.

Now it's ready to serve.
It's a good nutritious veg breakfast or tiffin.
