HOW TO KEEP YOUR BODY FIT(TIPS )

 1. Drink warm water of one glass or two in empty stomach. do the same at bedtime. 2.  Do a little exercise like stretching, skipping, yoga, gymnastics ( if possible)Martial art . . Do normal homework, cooking, lifting luggage as weight. Feel your body. Use your body, worship your body. 3. Do updown movements while bathing, with mug and bucket. You can use shower or bath tub if you have.But not always. 4. Massage your body normally with water. Oil, soap, shampoo is not for daily use.  Bathe with Luke warm or normal tap water.   5. Drink boiled rice water i.e bhaater fan adding a little salt and lemon juice. 6. Our body is a temple where our soul resides. Don't ignore it. Use mirror or your own shadow to achieve perfection. 7.  Taste every type of food and drink.But depend on the regular simple food spending a little money. 8.  Takle Breakfast,lunch, tiffin, dinner properly, relating to your need and budget.  9. SABJI FRY (Recipe)

 Veggies - Brinjal,cabbage,potol,Jhinge,Dhudhul , refined oil, salt, sugar, cumin powder, chilli powder, black pepper powder, black cumin seeds. Process - Very simple. A little hot oil. Black cumin seeds as foron, then a shallow fry of chopped vegetables. Onion and garlic can be added. Sprinkle a little water with chili powder and cumin powder,add salt and sugar. Churn it upto boil,use flat handle (khunti). A nice preparation for Dinner.You can take it with Roti or white rice.

Bread Upmaa (Recipe)

 Things needed - Teared slice bread, Tomato, onion, capsicum, chilli,Nuts, Refined oil, Salt, sugar, black masterd seeds. Process -  Take a little oil in korai, drop masterd seeds after heating the oil for foron. Let the smell of its foam come out Then fry the cut veggies written above , in another korai fry the teared pieces of bread without oil.  When it gets a bit crispy,pour it in the oiled korai,mix with vegetables with lightly fried Nuts. Add a small quantity of salt and sugar. Then move the whole thing upward and downward with a flat handle that is called khunti. Sprinkle a little water two to three times with gap. Don't make it much wet or much dry. Taste it. Then serve.  It's an easy to make breakfast or evening snacks With good food value.

FRENCH TOAST (Recipe)

 Ingredients -  Sliced bread, Egg, salt, onion, green chilli, refined oil, Tomato sauce, Green Chilli sauce, black pepper powder, tissue paper. The quantity depends on need. Process - Cut the breads diagonally in two triangular shape.  In bowl take the egg substance and chopped onion and green chilli, make the batter adding a little water and salt in it. Dip a piece of bread and smear the batter over the bread both side. Take refined oil in a korai . Pour the amount for deep fry. Put it on gas oven and light up fire. Make the oil hot upto smoke. Drop the bread smeared with the batter and let it fry untill a light brown colour appears. Then lift the piece with jhanjri hata(Strainer) Let the excess oil be out by pressing it under tissue paper. Cater the fried toasts on a plate with tomato sauce and green chilli sauce. You can add black pepper powder to make it more tasty. It is named french toast in English. A quick and easy to make recipe.

Making gadget model (Childhood days)

I HAVE NO PHOTOGRAPH OF THESE MODELS. Type writer, video camera, TV set , Telephone operating Board - These gadgets were made by me, not original but the models with thrown out Things. TV set- A cardboard box, a picture pasted on the front as screen, TV nobs with toothpaste caps, the channel regulater with the cap of milk bottles used for babies. There was no remote control in that era. Video camera - A rectangular cardboard box. I made a whole at a corner by the side of that box. Then an empty bottle of talcum powder of Boro calendula I took and fixed it into the hole. The bottle's body was wide to narrow type. It acted as the focus part of video camera.It was the era of big movie camera, not handicam time.   Type writer - A big Shoe Box,I slanted the cover cap resting on another card board, fixed from backside. I collected some fused out switch buttons of lamp and ceiling fan. Then fixed them one after one as a row , using the screws from backside, using glue and making tiny hole...

About My Sports life

 My Father was the initiator of my sport life , himself was a good player and captain of cricket team,at his office and paaraa.He used to play Daanguli,a game of Bengal.My uncle is a Good swimmer who used to swim in the Tala jhil at Kolkata, paikpara. I played badminton, football, cricket, flying dish , hockey at my paaraa and TALAPARK. I had Artificial Bird flying High, Artificial staingun, Rifel, Revolver,Bow and Arrow, Sword and Hunter. Apart, I had been playing false Horse race, Running fast, Spoon and marble, Crocodile and land , skipping , Roomaal chor, Bohuroopi etc. As indoor games I played carum, snake ladder,Ludo,chess, Chinese checker, indoor cricket,book cricket, crossword puzzle, brain vita, Memory game, indoor badminton and many other. Still now I'm continuing these games at my new home after marriage. My husband is a sportsman and a supporter of my love for sports. The spirit of sports I imbibed directly from my father.
