HOW TO KEEP YOUR BODY FIT(TIPS )
1. Drink warm water of one glass or two in empty stomach. do the same at bedtime.
2. Do a little exercise like stretching, skipping, yoga, gymnastics ( if possible)Martial art . . Do normal homework, cooking, cleaning,lifting luggage as weight. Feel your body. Use your body, worship your body.
3. Do updown movements while bathing, with mug and bucket. You can use shower or bath tub if you have.But not always.
4. Massage your body normally with water.
Oil, soap, shampoo is not for daily use.
Bathe with Luke warm or normal tap water.
5. Drink boiled rice water i.e bhaater phan adding a little salt and lemon juice.
Consume muri ( Rice munch) soaked in water. It's very healthy for stomach.
6. Our body is a temple where our soul resides. Don't ignore it. Use mirror or your own shadow to achieve perfection.
7. Taste every type of food and drink.But depend on the regular simple food spending a little money.
8. Takle Breakfast,lunch, tiffin, dinner properly, relating to your need and budget.
9. Normal walking is very much in need.
Study animal movements and try to apply it with your body .
10. Dance and swim with music without lyric. Lie down for sleep. Loosen you muscles, Stop thinking, relaxation will come naturally. It's called Deathyoga i.e Shobaashon. Lying like a dead person.
Take a nap i.e short sound sleep whenever possible.
