SABJI FRY (Recipe)


 Veggies -

Brinjal,cabbage,potol,Jhinge,Dhudhul , refined oil, salt, sugar, cumin powder, chilli powder, black pepper powder, black cumin seeds.

Process -
Very simple. A little hot oil. Black cumin seeds as foron, then a shallow fry of chopped vegetables. Onion and garlic can be added.
Sprinkle a little water with chili powder and cumin powder,add salt and sugar.
Churn it upto boil,use flat handle (khunti).

A nice preparation for Dinner.You can take it with Roti or white rice.
