SORROW(USEFUL TIPS)
Sorrow torments our brain and heart.A special kind of hormone secretion helps the brain to feel sorrow which touches our heart also.Since the beginning of life there is Sorrow. Manifold types of needs create Sorrow if they are not achieved in a smooth way or not at all achieved.
Breakage in relationship also brings Sorrow.Tremendous pain or any deadly disease may cause sorrow that cannot be denied.
It's better to face the feeling.Suppresing or denying sorrow to one's own self causes mental illness.Wrong functioning of subconscious mind paves the way for behavioural disorder and psychosomatic disease.
In present World we are very much disturbed with painful feelings which hurt our soul and mind and eventually leads to Anger, Antisocialism, Destruction, Untimely Death etc.

Sorrow causes Depression too.Accute grief breaks down a person.He/She loses confidence,loses Faith on God and crushes down completely.Some people attempt suicide or torture their own self. Shedding tears may help to recover from negative feeling for a short while,then decide to do something constructive.
Anger may generate from sorrows.If there is no body to help the person to recover the pain then the person should stop thinking negatively.Negative thinking spoils the health. The person should analyse the root cause of sorrow and execute how to confront the thing in reality. He/ She should stop thinking emotionally rather than think Scientifically which is very tough indeed.
I am mentioning some points which will help you to face the challenge.
1.When the feeling is getting deep sit alone for sometime.
2.Face and Study whatever comes to your mind.
3.If any negative action attracts you try to visualise it first.
4. Please do not take any step whatever comes to your mind.
5.Shed tears or Show Anger if they Kindle in your mind.Talk loud and cry loud sitting alone in a room.
6.You can jump or dance without any hesitation.
7.Then come out of the room where you were sitting alone.Tell your dear one about the situation.
8. If there is nobody to listen to you just lie down or stand up telling yourself the matter happened.
9.If you believe in God or Supreme Power you should confess the whole matter to your deity.Write down on paper whatever comes to your mind or do scribble.
10. Don't take any fast decision, take time,then choose the first step thinking very practically and rationally not emotionally.
These steps will help you to come out of the negativity and convert your doom to a positive action.
Friends,I do all these things whenever I feel sorry or to confront negativity.The reality is that you can not recover sorrow 100%.The percentage matters and it tooks a very long time.But these basic tips will help you to face the challenge.
