Pomfret Shorshe (Recipe)



 

Ingredients -
Fresh pomfret fish. Black and yellow mustard seeds, chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, green chilli, refined oil, coriander leaves,salt, sugar.

Fresh pomfret Shoshe Recipe -

Take the fish cleaned and cut into halves. Smear turmeric powder, salt, and chilli powder all over each halves.

Heat the oil upto smoke,then place the fish in oil . Fry it by flipping each piece. Then take  them in a plate. Now fry cut onions ,add a little salt and ginger garlic paste. Then add water and grinded mustard seeds. Add all spice powders. Mix it with a little sugar. Add green chilli halves,then put the fried fish.
Boil for 5 minutes. Then sprinkle chopped coriander leaves in the gravy.

Your preparation is ready to serve.
