Taaler Bora (Recipe)
A palm fruit activity.
Take a ripe Palm,peel it off.Then take out big seeds full of pulp. Wet your hand with water. then Use this above shown tool to take out the pulp by rubbing the seeds over the blades.place a bowl under this tool.
When the total pulp is collected,put it in a pure cotton cloth and like a sieve take the pure pulp without fiber.
Now mix flour,salt,suger , baking soda ( very little). Mix the total with your hand. When the dough is ready, heat refined oil in your korai or frying bowl. Make small round balls from the dough and fry them deeply. Take out the boras when they turn brown. Use jhanjri hata or strainer to take them out from the oil.
Taaler Bora is ready to eat when it is cooled down .
