HOME DECORATION

Image
Home Decoration   This Night scenery is an oil painting on sunmica ; composed on a wooden shelf. Nerolac and Asian paint colours have been used. And the painting strokes are by nilon brushes. The scenery is completely imaginary, focused on the moon ,the background colour is dark blue. It is a monochromatic work to decorate my home. With a minimum sense of shading and colour concept this can be done 👍. This painting is done on ply wood base with black tape border. Colour used here is Acrylic tube with nilon brushes. The very concept is," ANNO CHAAI PRAAN CHAAI" . It means the contradictions of poor and rich people of urban and rural areas of our society. The hardship of poverty and Luxurious life of rich are depicted in it. This colourful composition is decorated in my drawing room where parties are normally arranged . This is a china clay work done manually by fingers. The base is a card board on which white tissue papers have been pasted with fevicol mixed with water. The t...

SCRIBBLE ART

Image
SCRIBBLE ART Scribble Art is a kind of art which is done by doing rough scribble with pen or pencil. Scribblings is important to give your hand the steadiness and flexibility for practicing other art forms. Beside this, scribblings can heal one's anxiety and anger and cause relaxation. Go through Rabindranath Tagore 's life history ; you can find that he normally did scribblings to cover the manuscripts written by him and every page produced different shapes and pictures made with scribble. I normally attempt to do Scribble Art and and try to produce different effects every time. It causes a great relaxation for me whenever anxiety disturbs. In the above mentioned video of My YouTube channel you can find very many scribble arts which has taken very many abstract shapes of animals and human beings. The process of scribblings is very simple. Everybody can make an attempt with a ball point pen or dark drawing pencil and with a piece of plain paper. Start making circles and zigzag ...

GO AS YOU LIKE

Image
Go as you like program of my school has been very memorable since my childhood to class 9.  In class 1 I was decked up as TARAKESWAR YATRI with a bamboo stick on shoulder, other ornaments like white and red sharee, flowers, earthen pot with GANGES WATER , flowers and garland. As if ready to go to Tarakeswar to worship Baba Taraknath. This way I went to school ground with uttering rhymes as" bholebaba par karega, byom byom Tarak byom, babar bari dur hai Jana zarur hai" constantly. My teachers were elated to that sight of mine and uphold me in front of microphone to chant the rhyme more loudly. They ranked me first and I got a award cup as prize . My grandmother and other family members were so happy to have me successful in this way. Next in class 2 I became CHARLIE CHAPLIN wearing black dress and black hat like him . Also have a make up like him. All were done in home by my mother and uncle. In the school ground I was hugely appreciated by Teachers and stood 2nd with silver medal ...

BHOKU - MY PET PARROT

Image
Bhoku  Here is the story of my pet parrot , with a few imaginative illustrations of her ,doing human activity. She was named BHOKTO first, then her name was converted to BHOKU by my father. BHOKU came into our family in a very special way. I was in 3 Rd standard then, a girl named MAAMON lived in our locality. She bought a parrot from pet shop and was nurturing it . The parrot was very wild in nature and complete green in colour. There was no borderline on her neck. One day the parrot escaped the cage and flew away through the window. It sat on a big Mango tree by the side of our house. Our neighbour Bubupishi and her family owned that tree. They saw the parrot and caught it up in a net and made it a pet again. They named it as BHOKTO. Mamon's house maid Komli went to Bubupishi and Buchupishi to claim the parrot. But they denied to give BHOKTO back to Mamon, as they caught it by hard effort. After a few years of nurturing one day they handed over the parrot to my mother to gift it to me....
