SCRIBBLE ART
Scribble Art is a kind of art which is done by doing rough scribble with pen or pencil. Scribblings is important to give your hand the steadiness and flexibility for practicing other art forms.
Beside this, scribblings can heal one's anxiety and anger and cause relaxation. Go through Rabindranath Tagore 's life history ; you can find that he normally did scribblings to cover the manuscripts written by him and every page produced different shapes and pictures made with scribble.
I normally attempt to do Scribble Art and and try to produce different effects every time. It causes a great relaxation for me whenever anxiety disturbs.

The process of scribblings is very simple. Everybody can make an attempt with a ball point pen or dark drawing pencil and with a piece of plain paper. Start making circles and zigzag lines ,curved lines, straight lines whatever you want. Don't pressurise yourself to bring out any proper shape. Initially,a few papers will be wasted.
But after a long time you will start finding relaxation. It can be called a process of Art Therapy. Later when your creativity will be inspired, automatically your hand will start making curious shapes while scribbling.
It is wrong to torture yourself to make proper shape that we see normally in our daily life. Start scribbling as a treatment for your own self. You can make your child happy in the same way. Scribble drawing is good for Adults and Children both.
Your hands will be steady enough and any mental complications will find expression in it . Because it releases the negative energy accumulated through our daily struggle and hardship of routine life.
