  Today is a Special day because I spent the whole day with my sister cum friend Rimjhim, after a long time. She is doing Corporate job in Bangalore, recently reached Kolkata to spend holidays with his father. I am also in a tight schedule with study,but somehow managed to meet her today. I reached her home at 11 : 30 AM and came back to my home at evening 8 o'clock. I met uncle, Rimjhim 's father after a long time. He is so amazing a person to mingle with. We chatted the whole day about books and writing,and many other things we discussed. I gifted her a red scarf bought by my husband. She attended me very amicably and after lunch we went to the roof, It was a Sunny day and we took snaps as displayed above. Her mother' s photograph remains with her always. She passed away 2 years ago but her presence we feel ardently. Our lunch went with khichuri, Begun vajaa (Fried brinjal),penyaji( onion fried with Besan), and omlette.  Things needed - Chopped and boiled cabbage and potato, black cumin seeds, methi ( Fenugreek)seeds, sugar,salt, turmeric powder, white cumin powder, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, kashundi (mustard sauce), tomato ketchup, chilli powder,very little refined oil. Process - Smash the boiled cabbage and potato,make a smooth paste, in the frying bowl pour a little refined oil and turn on the gas oven. When the oil gets hot put a few black cumin seeds and methi seeds and ginger garlic paste as phoron ( condiments). Then pour the paste in it ,stir with a spatula or khunti. Add salt, sugar, coriander powder, cumin powder, Dhaniya powder, chilli powder and a little turmeric powder. Stir the whole thing in medium flame. The water will be dried up . Then add kashundi (fermented mustard sauce) and tomato ketchup. Make a tight dough by stirring it constantly.  Serve with white rice or roti. It's a very delicious item with good food value.

 Ingredients - Suji ( it's called Rava made from coarse  flour),chopped vegetables like onion,beans, potato, capsicum, chilli, tomato, carrot,fried nuts, Salt, sugar, refined oil, little water. Process - Fry dry suji or Rava particles in a frying bowl or pan, then put it differently. Then pour a little refined oil in the frying pan or koraai. Fry the chopped vegetables for few minutes. Don't fry much. Add the dry suji and salt with sugar. Add fried nuts differently. Move or stir it deeply with a khunti (spatula) or laddle. Sprinkle water in between stirring the whole material. Take a bit to taste whether it has been boiled or not. It should not be clumped with much water.  If all the things are correct then Upmaa is ready.  Serve it with Tomato ketchup. It's a very easy, tasty and nutritious dish as breakfast.

Never copy any singer's voice. Bring out your original voice with proper practice. 6. Maintain the rhythm i.e Taal while singing. A Tabla and harmonium is needful for basic practice. 7. Practise in lower octave to raise and free up your voice in higher octave. Put punch, practise Sa,Re,Ga,Ma,Pa,Dha, Ni in different ways Directed by your music teacher.  8. Make your base strong by learning classical songs. Practise Raag,Raagini,Taan and Alankar. 9.  At the advent of the year 2026, I am Saluting the person who created a strong base for his daughter. He is my father Debdut Gupta,1st January is his Birthday. His earthly body had perished in 2022. But his Soul is always in search of his daughter 's well being and success.  He never pressurized me to do anything in life and provided all the freedom and patronage in whatever I wanted to do. His money power was limited,but within short limit he went out of his ways to meet his beloved daughter 's end. A slim, pinkish complexioned, sharp featured, standard height, Curly black thick haired handsome person who was a devotee of Music for which he dedicated his total life. His Golden voice reminds Hemanta Mukhopadhyay and the passion of his voice and dedication is incredible.  Today we attended the get together at our rooftop with our neighbours for a special purpose .One of our neighbours is having now a newborn baby and so they arranged foody time for us. I and my husband went to them at afternoon and shared a good time there. We chatted and had lunch with peas kachauri, stuffed potato,rice ,fish curry and chicken kasha for non vegans and Gobi roast, Paneer curry for vegans. The lunch ended with chutney, papad, sandesh, rosogolla. All the items were very tasty and well cooked. I wore a black red kurti with red plazzo and a cotton jacket with black cap.My husband wore a black coat with white full shirt and jeans. All other guests also dressed well as per their choice. The baby was so sweet and quiet,named Aadi Daksh.We gifted a Cute School bag to the baby for future.
