 There was blue parrot black beaked called MODONVOLA. This type of bird is almost extinct now.  But I got to observe that those blue parrot got in touch of yellow Sunbeam years ago. Yellow+ Blue - Green. Those MODONVOLA birds are converted into green parrot slowly . THERE is a Bengali poem where the down said line is written... " SOBUJ HOYECHE TIYA PROVAABE JAHAR, SRI DEB JOGABEN TOMAR AAHAR." Tiya means parrot, Here Deb means the Sun,and Ahaar means Food. Believe in Sun , the source of our life.

 When I was in Multimedia course 2006. I made some projects like KBC, MERMAID STORY, CHOCOLATE ADVERTISEMENT,  TRAVEL AND TOURISM WEBSITE. Normally I used photoshop 7, corel draw 11, Flash MX, Dream weaver,Soundforge,AVS Audio editor.. In the project KBC I created a different logo. 6 Questions with optional 4 answers. 2 life lines like 50-50 and Audience pole. This was created in Flash , using action scripting . The project cannot be displayed here. It was very attractive and my teachers appreciated it. Then I made chocolate ad with buttons. The first page contained chocolate hut, chocolate tree and chocolate sun and clouds. I changed the scenes by using bite buttons looking like chocolate. The project was very beautiful like 'cream se bhari dream , cream ki duniya '. I created a mermaid story in Flash MX. First I drew a mermaid in Photoshop. Then a deep sea water.   Cabbage preparation is not so easy. First, boil chopped cabbage. After full boiling,pour the cabbage water in a different bowl.  You can drink the boiled water,it is full of vitamin. If you keep the water with cabbage while cooking it forms gas or stomach pain. But, the water can be used as drink or as skin Toner... it's good for skin too. You can add a little salt and lemon juice to it. Then paste the boiled cabbage with your hand. In a korai put a little refined oil and heat it. For phoron, white cumin seeds, ginger paste, dried red chilli. Then put potato pieces, peas,fry them. Now pour the smashed cabbage, sprinkle salt on it ,put turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, mix it with khunti (spatula) . Add very little sugar and mix again. Add a little water,put a cover on the korai. After few minutes the preparation will be complete. You can use Tejpatta in the phoron And red or green tomato can boost the taste .  My friend and sister Rimjhim maity got introduced to me from Facebook,2017. We became close very fast and arranged the date at Millennium park, Kolkata. We met at Hudco more near salt lake. Her Car Driver Govindo kaku carried us to Millennium park. Our first meeting, open air chatting, icecream happened their. We took selfies , after a few hour we went to Oxford. Sat and chat, reviewd their book collections,had french fry and cucumber juice. I gifted her a Skh T shirt and she brought a Dracula book for me. While returning, we had pasta made by my maa. She dropped me at our quarter Banashree Abason in evening. It was a rainy day. It was my first date with sweet charm. Rimjhim calls me Debarupa didi.

 I met Rimjhim ' s parents in 2019 December, their house is located at Behala,Shimultala. Stayed there one day, had veg lunch , l observed Rimjhim maity the lover of Fantasy books, Got introduced to her neighbour brother Guddu ,he is a smart and sporty little boy. .we discussed doll play, literature,, movie and Serial. Rimjhim 's parents amazing, open minded and homely. Both were Government service holder making a sweet home with a small garden . Rimjhim expressed her love for study, I expressd my supernatural experience. Thus the day went on. In the evening I went home with a sweet memory in my heart ❤️.

 Take kudli, capsicum, oil, salt,sugar, cumin powder, coriander powder, chilli powder, vinegar , methi seeds. Warm a little oil in a korai ( frying bowl with handle).  Put methi seeds in the hot oil for phoron. Then pour the cut pieces of kudli and capsicum. Fry it. Sprinkle salt for a fast fry. Then mix the masalas and a little vinegar. Mix with khunti and sprinkle little water frequently. Add a little sugar. A light fry last.the preparation is ready. A recipe without full boil and gravy.  Kudli is a vegetable looking like small potol and cheap priced . A bit sour taste.

  I got to study Sanskrit at class 7 and 8. I loved the grammer much.Used to get high marks (above 90) . There held Gita class at our Saroda Ramakrishna mission school. I am in love with the subject. But I couldn't get Sanskrit as additional subject at Madhyamik and Uccha Madhyamik because of lack of fellow students.  I got Home science and home nursing at class 9-10 and Nutrition in class 11-12 instead of Sanskrit language. I wanted to learn Sanskrit language deeply. If this could had been possible I would have studied Latin , then English. There are lots of similarities between Sanskrit and Latin. Now I have started studying Latin and Sanskrit at home. To understand English language more deeply. Example - Quit tibi nomen est( Latin) Means ' what is your name?' My fashion design experience is a lengthy story. My grandma was a good tailor ,making ultra modern fashionable clothes. Some design she collected from her Anglo office colleagues and some were her brainchild. Anglo pattern costume I wore a lot. My mom is also accurate in knitting ,making designer sweaters for us. I was fond of modelling with various kinds of costumes.  I maintained a copy to draw fashion design works and sewed them by a tailor of Saajgoj, Paikpara and Avantika,Haatibagaan, Kolkata. I got the piece of cloths from market and was some rejected pieces from my maternal aunty (MejoMamima). Her father was a very big costume business Holder. Those pieces helped me a lot to go ahead with designing. My college days were superb with ultra fashion covered body. I cut sarees to make new clothes. My mother used to keep photos of my every Birthday with different apparels. My Father was a very stylish person everytime wearing new gorgeous look with cheap colourful clothes. Other f...

 Take big or small soya chunks . Pour hot water on it . let it swell enough to cook. Take chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, potato pieces, Butter ,Salt, sugar, white cumin powder , a little turmeric powder,a little Sugar. Melt the butter in frying pan. Fry the potato pieces and onion, sprinkle salt on it. Then pour down the soya chunks.Fry it again. Then mix the masalas and ginger garlic paste in it. Use khunti or spatula to mix.  Now pour some water into the mixture. Cover it and let it be boiled for a few minutes. Sprinkle Garam masala all over the dish. Your food is ready. A simple and tasty dish to take with Rice or Roti.

 Things needed- Paabda fish or Topse fish, refined oil, ginger garlic paste, black cumin seeds, Turmeric powder, chili powder, white cumin seeds, coriander leaves, salt, sugar. How to cook - Take a little amount of  refined oil in a korai or frying pan, let it be hot, take the fish and smear turmeric powder and salt over it. Put black and white cumin seeds as phoron for spicy smell.  Fry the fish when the smoke comes from hot oil. Scatter the piece of fish with a spatula.  Then use your hand to make more small crispy pieces . Take out the spinal thorns from fish bodies. Mix Ginger garlic paste and chilli powder into it. Pour water and let it boil a little. Add salt and sugar.Pour it in a bowl.Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves over it. The preparation is complete.

 Ingredients - Moog Daal, sour mango, water ,salt, white cumin powder,a little turmeric powder . Process -  Boil the pulse i.e Moog Daal in water. Then add sour mango pieces , salt, turmeric powder into it.  Move up and down the whole with your spatula or khunti. Make it a mixture. You can add a little sugar too. Add a little white cumin powder. That's all. Serve it.  A recipe without oil.

My Grandfather Debiprasad Gupta was hardworking, Government employee, well physique, Devoted his life to Social work, being indifferent to his own family. He was a good singer, writer and good in Mathematics. He maintained cleaning the house,and lifting water bucket using staircase. His office was Writers building and Bidhannagar Nagar saltlake.He looked after my pet parrot Bhoku. He died of cerebral attack. My maternal Grandfather SRI kaalishankar Ghosh was an Ayurvedic medicine seller in his native village Shaorafuli. Later,he did job in a pharmacy for few years. Then established his own Allopathic medicine Shop at a rental room, Paikpara ,Sri kaali medical hall. He was very vivacious, fun loving and benign by nature . He passed away by heart failure before my birth. Both Grandpaas were helpful to other family members.

 We agree with 10 Directions, that's North,South, East, West, then North East, North West, South East, South West. And Up, Down.  In Bengali these directions are called Purbo , poshchim, Uttor,Dakshin, Nairit, Ishaan,Agni Baayu, Urdho, Adho. But the hidden fact is that in modern time we are over using the 4 direction like Uttor, Dakshin, Purbo, Poshchim.  The number 4 is connected to Rahu, the shadow plannet. Number 10 is connected to Sun which have tremendous positive power. In ancient India the power of Sun was active as all respected those 10 Directions, but with passing days we started misusing that power. So, the negative effect from Rahu is creating much chaos in our society,as we are using north east south west constantly.
