Kudli Capsicum preparation
Take kudli, capsicum, oil, salt,sugar, cumin powder, coriander powder, chilli powder, vinegar , methi seeds.
Warm a little oil in a korai ( frying bowl with handle). Put methi seeds in the hot oil for phoron. Then pour the cut pieces of kudli and capsicum. Fry it. Sprinkle salt for a fast fry. Then mix the masalas and a little vinegar. Mix with khunti and sprinkle little water frequently. Add a little sugar.
A light fry last.the preparation is ready.
A recipe without full boil and gravy.
Kudli is a vegetable looking like small potol and cheap priced .
A bit sour taste.
