AN EASY CHICKEN RECIPE
Ingredients: Chicken breast cut into small pieces without bone , lemon, vinegar, ginger and garlic paste, Salt and Tandoori colour. You can add Capsicum and Onion pieces to the dish.
Procedure: Take the chicken completely washed, without any blood. Take a bowl and put the chicken into it. Mix Vinegar and lemon juice, Salt, ginger and garlic paste and Tandoori colour. Keep it covered overnight. The next night you prepare the chicken putting the pieces onto fine sticks used for preparing chicken kabab. The sticks are available in Grocery shop.
Take a nonstick frypan and spread refined oil all over the frypan.let it become hot. Then put the sticks loaded with chicken.let it be boiled and somewhat burnt from every side.
You have to flip the sticks after few minutes .Continue the process. The fine smell comes out. With the wooden spatula you can press the chicken to check it has been boiled or not. Keep the flame low. Do not let the flame be high. If you go in hurry the chicken will become stiff .Once the dish is ready,you can serve them in fibre or glass plates.
I normally take 300 g chicken,one pouch of Ginger garlic paste,a small amount of Vinegar and salt,a small amount of tandoori colour and one lemon. You can cut Capsicum into pieces and load it in the stick with one piece capsicum,one piece chicken,one piece onion alternatively. That tastes more good. Please put the onion pieces soaked in vinegar for minimum 5-6 hours before cooking.
The result comes immensely well.
