PROPER TRAINING IN DANCE (TIPS)


 


Finding out proper Dance Guru or Trainer is seriously a tough Job. Most of the dance schools do not care about correct process of dancing.

Whether you get trained in classical dance or contemporary dance, some basic training are needful.

1. Doing "left right"foot steps is very much necessary from childhood. It makes the tapping of your feet stronger and relaxes your whole body as the whole body vibrates.
So ,do it regularly for 5 minutes.  It keeps the brain in balance.

2. Whatever costume you wear don't forget to tie a thick long cloth arround your lower waist tightly. Continue practicing dance in that way will relieve pain and will keep your body in proper shape. Specially belly,waist and hips will be in good formation.

3. Relaxing your muscles and nerves daily is a must job for everyone,be she or he a dancer or not. Feel your body concentrating on painful areas. With your own hands massage that part softly.Shrink your body and release. Do it several times. Stretch your whole body like cats and then relax. Do it several times. You need not to do lengthy exercise by sweating for hours.

4. Reducing toxins from the Body is the main thing. We don't have to join gymnasium for that. I am describing very basic steps gathered from my own experience. Breathe deeply,live humbly and think properly.

5. Every people should release some energy by dancing on his or her own steps. Play your loving music and shut the door. Dance as you like. Your steps should come from within. You don't have to copy anyone else for that.
