MY SWIMMING TRAINING STORY

I love water immensely.

I took admission in our local swimming club at Paikpara, Tala Jhilpark in the year 1986 , when I was in class 1 .  Wearing a red swimming costume I regularly attended class at afternoon, returning from school. After one month classes I quited the club because the pond water was a bit dirty which caused my stomach problem.

After a long gap I again took admission in another swimming club in the same zone, in the year 2008. I started swimming again to learn water ballet after completing my Dance training. I continued it to the year 2009. My body was floating beautifully on the water. But I remained unable to free up my hand from floating board. An uncanny suffocation occurred whenever I attempted to drown my head in the deep water . I have learnt the swimming postures perfectly but without being a complete swimmer.

I love to be in water still now, it's my continuous effort to swim freely if ever possible. I want to overcome my water phobia and experience normal pleasure of swimming.

Swimming is a very healthy and natural exercise which everybody should learn. It's a life saving Art . So try to dive in pond water or a Swimming pool available in your location.
