MY CHRISTMAS CELEBRATION

In my School Days I used to celebrate Christmas on 25th December every year. With a lots of love and wishes I created Thermocol Church, Christmas dolls ,Trees,Santa Claus and obviously I memorised Rina Brown and Krishnendu of SAPTAPADI on this auspicious day. I bought a plastic bike and took two Dolls ; one boy one girl and dressed them in black suits, made them sit on the bike with gardar. They looked like The SAPTAPADI couple as seen in the picturisation of the song "EI POTH JODI NA SHESH HOY". One more doll Dressed like RINA BROWN in the song "ON THE MERRY GO ROUND" was there. I  decorated all my creations very effectively at one corner of my grandmother 's room. Other Christmas decorations were also done with authenticity. Tofee, Candy, snacks ,My Aunty Shuvra Gupta used to make a big cake in her oven . All were offered to Christ as you see in the photo.

As you can see in the photographs one Christian Lady and one Gentleman is decked up as couple; Here my two brothers Durbar and Debraj played the Role. The costume and makeover was completely done by me with the help of my mother and other family members. My Sister and friend Jhimli used to be present in that day every year. I dressed up myself in the Military Suit of Rina Brown as you see in SAPTAPADI. My constant teddy bear Atoshi used to be with me.
Here you can see the photographs as I am describing all.
One thing I have to mention here that I all time wore a Cross as a locket with silver chain which was worshipped from Church and was gifted to me by one of my classmates.
But after the merriment of whole day I used to light up a Candle and sit for meditation for long time until the Candle was melted out. These gave me utter refreshment and huge energy for winter vacation.
Those days are unforgettable and the memories of those moments bring huge tears as I miss all who are now no more on Earth.
In The last year of celebration A professional photographer was called to take these snapshots as we had no camera or mobile phone those days.
